Our Technology Framework . . . NESCSO supports its core mission to foster collaboration and information exchange through various web-based tools. All employees of New England health and human services agencies, the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Region I of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid may access these tools through our secure web portal.

Our unique website at www.nescso.org offers features such as daily Medicaid and health news updates, links to national and regional sites and individualized favorites. Our comprehensive library brings together relevant literature and reports from key public and private resources as well as summarized research projects completed for our members.

Members also have the ability to request specific information on any healthcare topic directly from our website. Additionally, the website is linked to ONTRAK , our personal planner and project tracking system. This system allows instant updates on changes in projects and easy access to personal planner features. Since the system is web-based, it is available from anywhere with internet access.
